摘要
睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与卒中关系密切。血流动力学改变、血氧不足、脑血管自动调节功能紊乱是其导致卒中的主要机制。文章介绍了二者的关系 ,并认为睡眠呼吸暂停综合征是卒中的可干预危险因素。
Sleep apnea syndro me (SAS) is closely associated with stroke. The alteration of cerebral hemodynam ics, hypoxemia, and dysfunction of cerebral autoregulation appear to be the main mechanisms of stroke in patients with SAS. This article briefly discusses the r elationship between SAS and stroke, and suggests that SAS is one of the modifiab le risk factors for stroke.
