摘要 研究显示 ,诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)及其所产生的NO参与了脑缺血后的病理生理学过程 ,在脑缺血不同阶段的级联反应中发挥着正负双重效应。文章对iNOS/NO促进细胞凋亡和神经发生的作用及其机制 ,iNOS选择性抑制剂对缺血性脑损伤的影响作了综述。 Studies have shown that inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and nitric oxide (NO) generated by iNOS, involved in the pathophysiological processes after cerebral ischemia. iNOS /NO play a dual role in the cascades of injury during different stages of cerebr al ischemia. The article reviews the effects and underlying mechanisms of apopto sis and neurogenesis induced by iNOS/NO, as well as the effect of the selective iNOS inhibitor on brain ischemic injury.
