摘要
目的 诱导焦虑反应模型,观察焦虑反应对大鼠行为活动的影响。方法 条件恐惧训练,行为检测。结果 连续 4d的条件恐惧训练后,与对照组相比,F344大鼠在木僵行为实验中木僵反应增多884% (P<0. 001),小范围探究运动减少 88% (P<0. 001);在高架十字迷宫实验中,进入开放壁的次数和在开放壁停留时间分别减少 75% (P<0. 001)和 86% (P<0. 001);在开野实验中,踩格子数和在中央格停留时间分别减少 47% (P<0. 001)和 60% (P<0. 05)。结论 条件恐惧训练使大鼠焦虑反应增强,探究活动能力下降,它是一种诱导焦虑反应模型较理想的方法。
Objective To induce the model of anxiety and study the effect of anxiety on behavioral activity in F 344 rats. MethodsConditioned fear training,behavioral test. ResultsAfter conditioned fear training, compared with control group,F 344 rats showed that freezing responses were increased 884%(P<0.001) and lowly explorative activities were reduced 88%(P<0.001) in freezing behavioral test; the entries to the open arms were reduced 75%(P<0.001) and the time stopped in the open arms were reduced 86%(P<0.001) in the elevated plus-maze test; the number of squares crossed and the central time stopped were reduced 47%(P<0.001)and 60%(P<0.05)respectively in the open field test.ConclusionsConditioned fear training increase s anxiety responses and decreases explorative activities in rats ,the method is a relatively ideal one to induce an animal model of anxiety.
