摘要
目的 探讨渐进式放松疗法对学龄儿童哮喘的治疗效果。方法 将符合入组条件的 64例患儿随机分为治疗组 31例,对照组 33例。两组在药物治疗相同的基础上,治疗组每晚睡前给予渐进式放松治疗,持续 4周。同时评估治疗前后两组患儿的焦虑、抑郁症状,治疗期间评估哮喘症状、记录计算哮喘控制参数。结果 两组患儿的焦虑和抑郁评分在治疗结束时均明显降低,分别为 18. 27±6. 95, 23. 21±7. 26和 8. 62±3. 95, 12. 97±4. 69,但治疗组较对照组下降更明显,差异具有统计学显著性;治疗组患儿的日间哮喘症状记分、夜间哮喘症状记分、无哮喘症状的天数、哮喘发作与加重次数等指标与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论 渐进式放松疗法可以减轻学龄哮喘患儿的不良情绪反应,并改善多项哮喘控制参数(indexesofasthma),是一种较好的辅助治疗手段。
Objective To explore the effect of progressive relaxation training on asthma in school age children. Methods64 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups:3l patients in experimental group,33 patients in control group.Besides routinedrug therapy,the patients in experimental group received progressive relaxation training in control group received only drug treatment.The anxiety and depressive symptoms were assessed before and treatment in both groups,and the multiple indexes of asthma were measured during the treatment periods. Results After treatment the anxiety and depression value in both groups were significantly decreased,but the decrease rate in experimental group was larger than that in control group.The multiple indexes of asthma in expenmental group were better than that in control group,and the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion The Progressive relaxation training may lessen the adverse psychological response,improve multiple indexes of asthma,and it is a better assistant therapeutic measure.
