摘要 应用AUTODYN-2D软件对带有铝外壳的爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)形成过程进行数值模拟。研究了壳体厚度、药型罩曲率等因素对EFP成形的影响规律,得出形成理想EFP外形的各结构参数之间的关系。并对比分析了铝壳和钢壳形成理想EFP的条件差异。研究结果可应用于轻型壳体的EFP战斗部结构设计。 With AUTODYN-2D, the formative process of explosively formed projectile (EFP) with aluminum case is simulated. The influence of many factors including the thickness of shell and curvature of liner on the formation of EFP is studied, and the relationship of many structural parameters is obtained. Then the difference of shape of EFPs formed by the same structural warheads with aluminum case and steel case respectively are analysed. The simulation results would provide directive sense for the design of light weight EFP warheads.
