券商、基金、信托业合作模式研究

证券业与基金业、信托业的合作已经起步,业务模式还处在不断的变动中。但由于各自的业务基础还不够稳固,合作的专业化程度不高,合作模式不稳定,“一次性买卖”较多,合作过程中缺乏透明、有效的规则指导。今后证券业与基金业、信托业仍需要通过培育差异化优势,在合作的广度和深度方面取得进展。
