This article introduces the exploitation methods on synchronal network multimedia courseware based on SMIL and in detail explains the synchronized multimedia integration language (SMIL) which contains 10 main function modules of SMIL 1.0 criterion and SMIL 2.0 improvement and at the same time sets forth the achievement steps of making multimedia courseware based on SMIL.
