摘要
应用试验模态分析技术对ZS1105直喷式柴油机机体的动态特性进行了分析、研究。在此基础上模拟其实际载荷仿真,得到了该机体的受迫响应振型。对位移较大的危险部位作了局部有限单元法的计算,并对该机体的结构特点、刚度分布进行了分析与评判。
This paper analyse the dynamic characteristics of cylinder block of type ZS1105 D.I. diesel engine applying test mode analysis technique. On the basis of this work simulating actual running conditions for loading imitation, obtain the forced respondence modes of the cylinder block. The critical location of the cylinder block where suffers from bigger displacement is checked by using FEM. The structure features and digidity distribution of the cylinder block are analysed and judged of by the authors.
