摘要
目的 探讨围手术期管理的重要性。方法 本组收集我院 1994年 1月~ 2 0 0 2年 12月的术后 10日内死亡病例共 6 4例 ,进行分组作临床分析。按原发病分为三种 :严重性疾病、一般性疾病、无疾病 ;按并发病亦分为三种 :严重性疾病、一般性疾病、无疾病 ;按手术时机分为二种 :急诊手术、非急诊手术。结果 按死亡性质分为三种 :死亡的危险性很大占 4 0 6 % ,可避免死亡占 10 9% ,创造条件可避免死亡占 4 8 4 % ;按失误发生的阶段分为三种 :术前准备不足占 12 5 % ,术中操作失误占 4 7% ,术后处理不当占 7 8%。结论 完善的围手术期处理较单纯的手术技巧更为重要 ,围手术期管理对医疗质量影响重大。
Objective To probe into the importance of management in periope rative period. Methods Classify and analyze 64 patients died w ithin ten days after operation from January 1994 to December 2002. Resu lts Classify the patients int o 3 types according to the disease quality: In 40.6 percent have great dange r of death, in 10.9 percent can avoid death, in 48.4 percent can avoid death through creating conditions; Classify 3 kinds according to the period that the f aults happened:in 12.5 percent had not enough preparation before operation; i n 4.7 percent mistakes happened in operation, in 7.8 percent with improper pos t-operation management. Conclusion The perfect handling in per ioperative period is more important than the operative skill alone, management in perioperative period affects the quality of medical treatment greatly.
