摘要
应用波动法循环模拟程序对6102汽油机换气过程进行了计算,并设计了新型的排气歧管,该排气歧管能消除其它气缸正压力波的干扰,并在排气末期形成一个负压波。台架试验证明,采用新的排气歧管后,发动机的性能有较全面的提高。
A new exhaust manifold for 6102 gasoline engine is designed by applying the cyclic simulating program. This new manifold can be used to attenuate the interference of positive impulse coming from the other cylinders, and generate a negative pressure impulse at the end of exhaust process. Test bed results show that the new exhaust manifold improved the engine performance.
