涡流室隔热提高柴油机效率的探讨

摘要 散热损失大是涡流室柴油机燃油消耗率高的原因之一,涡流室隔热可减少散热损失而不影响充气效率,但已发表的文献对涡流室隔热的节油效果说法迥异。本文通过模拟计算分析阐明了涡流室采取隔热措施必须相应地调整主、副室的容积比,才能防止副室燃烧恶化,确保热效率得以提高。 Loss more due to heat transfer causes higher fuel consumption of swirl chamber diesel engine. Insulation of swirl chamber can reduce heat loss without deterioration to volumetric efficiency. However, there are conflicting versions about the effect of insulation of swirl chamber upon engine fuel consumption in published papers. Investigation of simulation and analyzing showed that while adopting insulation measure, the volumetric ratio of the main chamber to the swirl chamber should be adjusted accordingly, in order to prevent deterioration of combustion in swirl chamber and ensure a valid increasing of thermal efficiency.
