防治烧伤瘢痕畸形愈合的护理配合

Nursing to Prevent Burn Chiliad Malformed Cicatrisation

目的:论述在烧伤瘢痕形成各期中的护理配合对防治烧伤瘢痕畸形愈合的作用.方法:妥善处理烧伤早期创面,正确指导烧伤中期的关节功能活动,讲解烧伤后期尽早矫正瘢痕挛缩的意义,并给予住院全程的心理护理.结果:通过身心护理,控制创面炎性损伤、防止烧伤关节粘连愈合、预防瘢痕挛缩对关节功能的影响,保持和恢复各关节功能活动,减轻面部畸形、致残的发生率.结论:良好的护理配合及医后健康促进教育对防治烧伤瘢痕畸形愈合的作用不容忽视.

Objective: To study the role of nursing to prevent and cure burn chiliad malformed cicatrisation at burn scar form all one. Methods: To treat the burn in the first stage, guide the arthritis function in the middle stage, explain the meaning to mend burn chiliad and contraction in the later stage and treat of nursing mentally in hospital. Results: the burn infection is controlled, the tightening of arthritis skin is prevented, the effect of the contraction is reduced, thus, the functional activity of arthritis and prevented facial malformation or deformity after nursing physically and mentally. Conclusion: It is important that the work of nursing and healthy education in preventing and curing burn chiliad malformed cicatrisation.
