专业门诊儿童心理卫生现状调查

Study on profesional present conditions of child psychological health care in clinic.

【目的】 了解儿童心理卫生问题的现状 ,为进一步总结干预提供依据。 【方法】 对首都儿科研究所心理门诊近 3年 990例儿童就诊原因进行回顾性分析。 【结果】 儿童心理门诊就诊人群以 6～ 12岁为主。男、女童就诊比例为 2 .5∶1。 <6岁组主要就诊原因依次为言语问题、行为问题以及健康体检和咨询 ,其比例明显高于大年龄组。而 6～ 12岁组则以多动、学习困难及注意力障碍为主。儿童情绪问题随着年龄增加就诊比例也有所增多。此外 ,健康咨询也占有相当比例 (2 5 .2 % )。 【结论】 学习问题是儿童在心理门诊就诊的主要原因。儿童不同年龄组的就诊原因有所不同。男童就诊比例明显高于女童。心理门诊医生不仅要了解异常儿童心理问题 ,还应了解正常儿童养育知识 ,以便更好地指导工作。

Objective To understand the present status of children’s psychological health. It was analyzed that information of 990 children who had resorted help to our special clinic, including age, sex, chief complaint or syndrome. The patients of majority in our psychological clinic were children aged 6～12 years, boys were more than girls. Compared with the elder, the children aged <6 years were liable to difficulties in language and behavior. They also wanted more examination and consultation. As to the children aged 6～12 years, the main problems were hyperkinetic symptoms, attention deficit and learning disability. Emotional problem increased with age. Moreover, requirements of health consultation had a considerable proportion (25.2%). [Conclusions] The children in different age or sex have different problems, learning disorder is the main problems in our clinic. So a good child psychological doctor should not only understand psychogical and behavioral problems, but also learn more knowledge about fostering, so that they could direct parents or children more efficiently.
