摘要
摘要本文综合考虑了表面粗糙度、贫油与充油入口供油边界条件及油膜出口的边界条件,提出一种内燃机活塞环—缸套润滑状态的系统分析方法和计算机程序系统,为环组设计参数的合理选择提供了一种较全面的理论分析手段.通过分析得出,采用适当的正偏心度曲面环有利于提高活塞环在上止点区的润滑油膜厚度,改善其润滑状况.
A system analysis and a computer program for lubrication of piston ring-cylinder group in internal combustion engines were proposed. The method took the surface roughness, boundary condition for entrance oiling in lack of oil and full of oil, and boundary condition for exit oil film into account and provided a basis for selection of design parameters of piston ring group. It was demonstrated that introduction of an approriate positive eccentric curved ring might increase its oil film thickness at TDC of piston and improve its lubrication state.
