对中小企业融资问题的探析

Analysis on the Problem of Collecting Funds for Medium and Small Enterprises

中小企业在增加就业、拉动内需、减轻改革的财政和社会成本等方面发挥着大企业所不可替代的作用。财务管理是中小企业管理的核心。在中小企业财务管理存在的诸多问题中,融资难是制约中小企业进一步发展的最主要障碍。文章从中小企业自身的缺陷和融资渠道的双重缺位两方面分析了融资困境出现的原因,提出应以加强企业经营管理、发展中小融资机构、完善资本市场机制及实行金融租赁作为解决问题的主要途径。

Medium and Small enterprises can offer more job opportunities, motivate inner needs and reduce financial and social costs of the reform. All these functions can not be replaced by those of big enterprises. Financial management is the core of the management of medium and small enterprises. Among all the problems, collecting funds be comes the major one, which sets back their development. This article analyzes the reasons of these difficulties from the aspects of the defects of enterprises themselves and means to collect funds, hence putting forward the ways of strengthening enterprise management and administration ,developing medium and small organizations to collect funds, perfecting capital market system and carrying out loan system.
