Optimizing the Development of Primary and Secondary School's Quality Education Practice Base for Better Serving of the Quality Education

随着素质教育的推进,各种类型的“素质教育实践基地”先后建立起来,并且发展较快,通过实践基地的建设与运行,从推进素质教育与教学改革的需求来看,还存在着一定差距。从实践基地目标出发,通过探讨项目建设、硬件建设、师资建设、科学研究等,期望对素质教育实践基地工作有一定的参考价值。

Along with the advancement of the quality education, all types of “quality education practice base” have been built up, and develop rapidly. Through the construction and management of the quality base, we can see that there is still a big gap between the push of quality education and the requirement of the teaching innovation. This paper embarks upon the aim of quality education practice base, and probes into some questions about project construction, construction hardware, teacher quality construction, science research and so on, expecting to provide some reference values to the job of the quality education practice base.
