摘要
中小企业集群成长是获得集聚效益并提高中小企业竞争力的一条新途径,创新则是企业集群保持其竞争优势的有力支撑。本文从分析中小企业集群的概念入手,从投入与产出两方面分析企业集群形成的原因,最后从集群的内部制度和组织结构创新、文化创新、需求创新、营销创新、资源创新等各个方面剖析企业集群的创新空间。
The growth of clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises is a new way to acquire the benefit of convergence and improve their competitive ability. Significantly, innovation is a very powerful support to maintain their competitive ability. The author begins with the concept of small and medium-sized enterprises clusters, then analyses the reason for their coming into being from the angles of input and output, and finally focuses on the space of innovation in the following aspects: the innovation of internal system and organizational structure, the innovation of culture, demand, marketing and sourcing.
