如何实现农民的“老有所养”

How the aged can be provided for in rural areas of China

由于我国农村传统的家庭养老功能不断弱化,但同时家庭养老社会化的条件又不成熟,因而要解决现阶段农民的养老问题。笔者认为应仍以家庭养老为主体,并将家庭养老保障与土地养老保障和社会养老保障整合起来,共同实现农民的养老。

Because the traditional family-supporting system for the aged in rural areas of China is weakening, and at the same time its conditions of socialization are immature, the solution to the rural supporting problems should mainly depend on family all the same, with society-supporting and land-supporting systems combined together.
