朱光潜与胡适的新诗理论之争

The debate between Zhu Guangqian and Hu Shi about the theory of modern Chinese poetry

本文系统阐述了朱光潜与胡适在新诗发展道路上的不同主张,进而指出朱光潜文化保守主义与胡适文化激进主义、功利主义的对立,最后尝试对中国诗学的未来发展前景作一勾勒。

This thesis makes a systematic exposition of different viewpoints between Zhu Guangqian's and Hu Shi's different opinions about the development of modern Chinese poetry. Furthermore, it is pointed out that Zhu Guangqian's cultural conservatism was antagonistic to Hu Shi's cultural radicalism and utilitarianism. In the end, the thesis tentatively draws an outline of the future Chinese poetics.
