摘要
本文对新型蓄压式高压喷油系统的电子控制进行了研究.在该电控系统中,喷油定时采用开环查表方式,喷油量则采用闭环控制.利用模块方法,建立了电控高压喷油系统的非线性数学模型,编写了计算机仿真计算软件,对其结构参数进行了分析,详细讨论了参数的变化对系统和喷油规律的影响,从而为该系统的评价、改型设计提供了依据.
An electronically controlled high pressure accumulator type diesel fuel injection system was developed, in which injection timing was open-loop controlled by mapping table and injection quantity was close-loop controlled. A non-linear mathematical model for the system was established and a computer simulation program with modular approach was compiled. Good agreement between predicted and measured pressure histories and injection rates was obtained and effects of constructional parameters on injection behaviors was discussed.
