中国国家层面的食物安全评估

Estimation of China's Food Security

本文采用实证研究和理论分析方法 ,从粮食角度、食物角度、国际比较等诸角度对中国城乡居民食物安全状况作了估计和判断。结论为 :1 978年以来 ,中国城乡居民食物安全程度不断得到提高 ;2 0 0 1年 ,中国居民食物安全处于较高的水平 ;与相近人均GDP水平的国家相比 。

Using empirical and theoretical research methods, China's food security is estimated at the aspects of grain, food and international comparison. The conclusions are: China's food security has been improving since 1978, food supply in the year of 2001 is secured; and China's food security is at a higher level comparing with the countries who have similar GDP per capita.
