Evolvement of Imperfect Contract: Government, Trust and System——An Example of Dairy Contract

本文基于上海和黑龙江两地考察的五个案例 ,研究了奶农与乳品加工公司之间的契约类型以及特征 ,诠释了影响契约的因素 ,在此基础上分析了不完备契约的演进规律 ,并提出了政府。

In order to come inline with the fierce competition in world agricultural field, the reform in Chinese Agricultural production model is highly needed. Among all the agricultural industries of China, dairy industry is the fastest developed one. The fact that raw milk producers and dairy processors are highly dependable makes the research of dairy contract more necessary and meaningful. This thesis, based on the five cases of Shanghai and Heilongjiang province, studies the kinds and features of dairy contracts, and analyzes its affecting factors, therefore concludes the evolving rules of imperfect contract, and put forwards that government, trust and system are the factors promoting the stipulation and execution of contract.
