简介广西水利国有资产基本情况,对现行水利国有资产管理体制和运营机制进行简要分析和介绍,指出水利国有资产管理体制与运行机制存在的问题,提出水利国有资产监管与运营工作思路和措施。

A brief introduction is made on the basic situation of water conservancy state-owned assets in Guangxi. Based on a brief analysis and introduction on the present management system and operating mechanism of water conservancy state-own assets, the author listed the existing problems and put forward the working idea and measures for the supervision, management and operation of water conservancy state-own assets.
