摘要 传统的110接处警需要人工调度,比较落后。为了加快处警速度,必须采用计算机网络化管理。为此,提出了一种110接处警系统的设计方法。该方法采用Dialogic电话语音卡对来电进行语音信息和其它信息的实时采集,然后根据报警人提供的地域信息在计算机上进行二级处警的快速调度。实时采集的信息为查询、统计的自动化提供了可靠数据。 The traditional manual dispatch method for accepting and dealing with 110 alarm call lags behind the modern society. In order to quicken the rate of handling the cases, a computer network management system should be imported. A designed method to satisfy the needs above was presented. In this method, Dialogic voice card was applied to collect the phone information and the voice data and then the regional information, which was provided by caller, was used to dispatch the case to the domination police on the network. The credibility information for query and statistic by computer was from the real-time collection data.
