Expounded a test of absorptance for electrie equipment which was affected by damp and part damnification. When the electrie equipment was tested with a megohm meter, there were three kinds of current at volts D.C. passing through insulator: conducted current, capacitance current and absorbed current. The relationships between the currents and time were also disccused.
