摘要
利用硫酸氢钠对水杨酸与异戊醇酯化反应的催化作用 ,发现其最佳反应条件为 :催化剂用量为 0 .8g/ 0 .1mol水杨酸 ,醇酸摩尔比为 1.8,反应时间 2 .5h ,油浴温度为 14 5~ 15 5℃ ,水杨酸的酯化率可达 97.81%。
With sodium hydrogen sulfate as catalyst, isoamyl salicylate was synthesized from salicylic acid and iso-pentanol.The optimized conditions are as following:the amount of catalyst is 0.8g per 0.1mol salicylic acid;the mole ratio of acid to alcohol is 1.8∶1;the reaction time is 2.5h and the temperature of oil bath is 145~155℃.The esterification rate of salicylic acid is about 97.81% under these conditions.
