摘要
以硬脂酸甲酯与蔗糖为原料,在催化剂TiGeW12O40/TiO2和乳化剂的作用下进行酯交换反应合成蔗糖酯,详细考察了乳化剂和催化剂用量、反应温度、原料配比等因素对合成蔗糖酯的影响。结果表明,较佳合成工艺条件为:硬脂酸甲酯∶蔗糖(摩尔比)=2∶1,乳化剂选用十二烷基硫酸钠,用量为投放总量的6%,催化剂占总质量的1.5%,反应温度120~130℃,反应时间3h,得到一酯,二酯的混合蔗糖酯。
TiGeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2 was used as catalyst for sucrose ester,methyl stearate and cane sugar be used as raw material, detailed investigates the influence of emulsifier,use level of catalyst, reaction temperature, the raw material goes together with ratio etc. on synthesizing sucrose ester.The better technological condition is that:the more ratio of methyl strearate to cane sugar is 2∶1, emulsify reagent 6% for choosing to use 12th alkyl sodium sulfates, the catalyst accounts for 1.5% of total quantity, responding the temperature control at 110~140 ℃,react 3 h and get admixture sucrose ester of single ester and two ester.
