聚天冬氨酸合成中的水解反应实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过聚天冬氨酸合成中水解反应的一系列实验,讨论了氢氧化钠用量和浓度、水解温度、搅拌时间、搅拌转速等对产物聚天冬氨酸阻垢性能的影响。结果表明:水解的适宜条件为NaOH与聚琥珀酰亚胺质量比为0.46∶1左右,NaOH浓度40%,水解温度25℃,搅拌时间10~15min,搅拌中转速,在此工艺条件下,产物聚天冬氨酸的阻垢性能优异。 The effects of dosages and concentration of NaOH, hydrolyzic temperature, stirring time, rotation speed on the scale performance were studied by using a series experiments of hydrolysis of polysuccinimide. Results showed that the appropriate conditions of hydrolysis of polysuccinimide are as follows: the mass ratio of NaOH to polysuccinimide is 0.46∶1,the concentration of NaOH is 40%, hydrolyzic temperature is 25℃, stirring time is 10~15 min, mid-rotation speed. Under this condition, the product had the best performance of scale inhibition.
