摘要
将 6个亲本按双列杂交GriffingⅡ配制杂交组合 ,在保护地低温弱光的条件下研究了黄瓜苗期 1 1个性状的配合力 ,结果表明 :组合及亲本间差异均达到显著水平。配合力方差分析表明 ,一般配合力方差和特殊配合力方差均达到显著或极显著性差异 ,这 1 1个性状的遗传主要被加性效应和非加性效应控制。综合各性状表现 ,组合 70× 69和自交系 5
According to Griffing Ⅱ, a set of diallel cross involving 6 parents was made to study the combining ability of eleven characters of cucumber in seedling stage. The results showed that the difference of parents and crosses was significant.Variance analysis of combining ability showed that the variance of the general combining ability and the variance of special combining ability were highly significant;the inheritance of the eleven characters was mainly controlled by additive and non-additive effect.Summarizing the performance of all the characters,the cross 70×69 and the inbred line 51 were the best.
