摘要
大规模定制生产是当前最先进的生产模式,这种模式下的质量保证系统也有其特殊的要求。大规模定制生产中质量保证系统成功的关键就在于构造它的连接系统——动态网络。动态网络有着即时的、低成本、无缝和无摩擦的特点,也可以把它看作是企业内的“动态联盟”。为了实现大规模定制的质量系统的动态网络,必须对质量系统进行重新建模。作者以质量损失结合灰色遗传算法对大规模定制下的质量系统动态网络进行了建模。最后,在QUEST仿真软件平台的计算机虚拟环境中,对花瓣型质量系统动态网络进行了仿真和实现,并描述了其相应的工作流程。
Mass Customization is the most advanced production mode. In the manufacturing process of this mode, the quality assurance system has its special requirement. The key to success is to design a linkage system that can bring together whatever modules are necessary - instantly, costlessly, seamlessly, and frictionlessly. The linkage system is the Dynamic Network. We can also regard it as a 'Dynamic Alliance' inside an enterprise. To get the Dynamic Network, we must remodel our quality system. Therefore, the authors build a model of Dynamic Network in MCMQA, using the Grey Genetic Algorithm and the concept of quality loss. Finally, the implementation of a petal type dynamic network is given in a simulation system which is based on QUEST. And the work flow of it is also described here.
