变轴数控机床的静刚度特性分析

摘要 刚度是变轴数控机床设计需要考虑的主要因素之一。文章以BKX -I型变轴数控机床为研究对象 ,利用矩阵结构分析法建立了变轴数控机床的静刚度计算模型。在此基础上 ,扼要地分析了BKX -Ⅰ型变轴数控机床静刚度在工作空间中的分布规律 。 Stiffness is one of the main considerations in the design of varied-axis NC machine tools. In this paper, by using the method of matrix structural analysis, the static stiffness model are derived from researching BKX-I varied-axis NC machine tool. Based on this model, the stiffness distribution in the workspace of the NC machine tool is analyzed. In addition, the influence of the structural parameters of BKX-I machine tool on stiffness is discussed.
