摘要
文章详细介绍了利用Fanuc数控系统的用户宏功能实现与系统PMC的通讯 ,去控制ADA0 2A模块的输出电压 ,从而实现对旋转工作台力矩电机的无级调速功能 ,满足了超精密机床旋转工作台按照给定转速平稳运转的要求 。
This paper introduces how to apply custom macro executing the communication between it and the PMC in Fanuc system, and controlling the output voltage of the ADA02A module. Consequently, it implements to control the speed of worktable torque motor in stepless, satisfies the requirement of stable rotation for the Ultra-precision machine tool worktable, and extends the ability of Fanuc system in practice.
