“零”库存理论在刀具库存管理中的应用

在机加工行业中 ,刀具的库存管理对生产至关重要。刀具的库存过多 ,造成资源浪费 ;库存过少 ,对生产供应不及时 ,降低生产效率。文章针对刀具库存管理存在的问题 ,提出了“零”库存的概念 ,给出了刀具安全库存量和刀具需求量的计算公式 ,结果表明 ,该计算刀具安全库存量和刀具需求量的方法 ,不仅计算方便、快捷 ,而且保证了企业生产的顺利进行 。

In mechanical process , it is very important to the management of cutter stock .If stock is too much, resources are wasted ;If stock is too little, supply is not enough .Concept of 'zero' stock is put forward according to the management of cutter stock .Expressions of cutter demand and safety amount of cutter stock are designed .It is proved that the method is not only effective ,but also makes production propitious .
