摘要
溴化丁基橡胶是卤化丁基橡胶系列之一 ,它除了保持丁基橡胶的特性外 ,还增添了许多优点 ,如硫化速度快 ,加工工艺性能好 ,硫化方式多样化等等。通过对大量实验数据进行的对比 ,叙述了溴化丁基橡胶各种硫化体系的特点 ,介绍与多种橡胶的并用情况 ,以改善和提高多种性能的要求。同时 ,文中还论述了溴化丁基再生胶的实用价值。
Bromo-isobutene-isoprene rubber is one of the halogenated butyl rubber, besides to keep the character of butyl rubber, it also adds many merits such as its quicker cure rate, better processing property and various of vulcanization systems. Through the quotation and comparison to lots of experiment data, the text describes the cure characteristics of bromobutyl rubber and improving thchnology request by combining with other rubbers. Meanwhile it describes the utility value of regenerated BIIR.
