主要从社会结构和文化两方面详尽分析了中西方社会B2B电子商务发展的差异和可能影响中国B2B电子商务发展的因素 ,并进一步提出中国企业开展B2B时要考虑的问题———西方的B2B经营思想和运作模式要与中国实情相结合 ;
From the social construction and cultures, the paper thoroughly analyzes the difference of B2B EC between China and the west and the factors which may effect B2B development. Then it proposes two problems when chinese enterprises explore B2B EC. Ohe is to combine western management tactics and operation patterns with Chinese real situation. The other is the opportunity of B2B development differs from that of west.
