摘要
住房是夫妻共有财产中最为主要的部分 ,当婚姻关系解除 ,住房作为夫妻共同财产 ,必须要被分割 ,由于住房性质和结构的多样性 ,特别是承租公房的存在 。
When divorce is unavoidable and the relation between husband and wife is inevitably relieved, the property relation disappears correspondingly and the property should be divided. Then reasonable partition of housing becomes the primaring problem of property division.
