本文论述了对高职高专院校行政人员素质进行评价的必要性和功能,在描述高职高专院校行政人员现 状的基础上,分析了高职高专院校行政人员素质评价指标体系及其构成,从而为全国高职高专院校人才培养 水平评估工作提供借鉴。

This paper elaborates on the necessity and functions of the evaluation of the qualities of the administrative personnel in vocational higher education institutions. Based on a brief description of the present situation of administrative personnel team in vocational higher education institutions, the author presents an analysis of the quality code system for administrators of vocational higher education institutions and its composition, which may serves as a reference material in the national evaluation of the personnel training level of the vocational higher education institutions.
