摘要 XMG - 35熏蒸库具有常压熏蒸、减压熏蒸、熏蒸气体重复利用等功能。熏蒸库有良好的密封效果 ,2 0Kpa的压力下 ,2 4h后压力仅增加 5%~ 1 5%。泵系统功能强大 ,5min可减压 30 % ,35min可减压 75% ,并可以使至少 70 %的熏蒸剂得到重复利用。在减压熏蒸过程中 ,可控制库内温度 ,循环系统可保持熏蒸库内熏蒸剂均匀分布 ,并具有独特的装置 。 XMG-35 fumigation chambers have the functions of vacuum fumigation and fumigant reusing. Doors with special mechanisms provide gas-tight seal. The air pressure in the chambers increases 5%~15% after 24 hours in 20Kpa circumstance. Three high capacity vacuum pumps are installed. Chamber pressure is reduced to 70Kpa in 5 minutes and to 20Kpa in 35minutes. At least 70% fumigant can be transferred from one chamber to the other. Temperature can be under control during vacuum fumigation and the air in chambers is homogenized after cycling system works. The special sample taker has been invented. The concentration of fumigant in the chambers can be detected by thermal conductivity gas analyzers.
