应用PCR技术检测玉米中的禾谷镰刀菌 被引量:4

摘要 本实验通过用PCR方法来实现对禾谷镰刀菌的快速检测 ,经对霉变玉米样品、玉米茎腐病组织及玉米穗腐病标本的检测 ,证明该方法是一种高效、灵敏的方法 ,具有重要的实际应用价值。 Fusarium graminearum is an important pathogen of many cultivated crops. In maize F. graminearum causing stalk and ear rot. In this study, based on the specific nucleotide sequence obtained from sequence-charactering RAPD fragments (SCARs) of F. graminearum, the specificity and suitability of the PCR technique has been tested with different infected maize samples. The result shows the PCR technique has definitive advantages in terms of specificity and technical simplicity.
