N,N—二乙基苯乙酰胺防蚊效果观察

Observation on Prevention Effect against Mosquites of N ,N - diethylphenylacetamide

本文对N,N-二乙基苯乙酰胺(DEKSA)的驱蚊效果进行了实验室和现场考核。结果表明在实验室内10％DEKSA对白纹伊蚊100％的有效防护时间为5.5h,同条件下DETA为6h。野外使用15％DEKSA涂于人体100％的有效防蚊时间为6.2h;DETA为6.5h,两者无明显差异。但前者合成原料易得,成本低于后者。

Repelling effect against mosquitoes of N ,N-diethylphenylacetamide was determined in laboratary and field. The results showed that;coating 10% preparation of DEKSA on man skin,the time preventing from Aedes albopietus effectively was 5. 5 hrs and the time of DETA was 6 hrs in the same condition. In field test, the time preventing the mosquitoes effectively of 15% concentration of DEKSA was 6. 2hrs,and the time of DETA was 6. 5 hrs. There was not notable difference between DEKSA and DETA,but the material of DEKSA was got easily and the cost was lower than DETA.
