摘要 通过查阅相关资料 ,运用教学实验法并结合多年教学实践 ,对“法特莱克”跑教学中采用黄金分割率安排运动负荷进行了积极尝试 ,为探索有氧锻炼的教学新模式提供借鉴。 Based on the reference to some related resources and more than ten years' teaching practice, the author actively tried the Fartlker teaching in arranging the exercising quantity by applying the method of Golden Section. Aim To find out a new teaching method of endurance race. Approach Apply the method of Golden Section in teaching 200 male students. Distinct differences result can be found in students' performance on 1000-metre race before and after teaching. Conclusion The Previous teaching method is quite effective and deserves to be spreaded.
