摘要
采用文献资料法、实验法、观察法、数理统计法来了解自编有氧健身操对中老年女性健身作用的影响及推广价值。结果表明 :中老年女性的腰围、体重、腹部皮褶厚度、BMI指数、体脂重指标的均值减少而瘦体重增加 ,说明有氧健身操的锻炼能有效地改善中老年女性的身体成分和身体形态。
This paper aims to prove the impact of Aerobics on the middle and aged women, based on document, experiment, observation and data analysis.The result shows: By taking Aerobics, the body figure indexes of the middle and aged women, waistline, weight, thickness of wrinkles on belly, fat weight in the body and BMI index reduce respectively while the thinness weight improves. Therefore, Aerobics improves the body figure and composition of the middle and aged women.
