The important thought of the “Three Represents” is the model of adopting Marxist stand,view and method under the condition of new history.Implementing the important thought of the “Three Represents” is to learn the scientific world outlook and scientific methodology,establish and carry out developing view of science,keep pace with the times and innovatory spirit.
