摘要
禁止企业合并的法律标准 ,即企业合并具有限制或损害有效竞争的可能性。该标准在法律规范上应该既有一般原则性规定 ,也有具体量的规定。但企业合并也有积极的一面 。
The legal standard of forbidding enterprises consolidation is that enterprises consolidation limits and harms effective competition. That standard should be regulated by not only general principle law regulations but also specific rules in quantity. However, enterprises consolidation has positive aspects which should be supported.
