On the Modernization of Human and Higher Education

社会现代化是全面的现代化,社会发展必然要求人的现代化。实现人的现代化,全面提高人的素质,要求高等教育必须进行改革。其中,转变观念是先导,体制改革是关键,教学改革是核心,提高教学质量是目的。

Social modernization is a comprehensive project, and the development of society necessitates the modernization of human and the improvement of human quality which in turn require the reform of higher education. In the process, we should change the old ideas, and reform the old system, especially the system of teaching so as to improve the teaching quality.
