高校思想政治工作中非言语行为具有加强言语、配合言语实现反馈、传达情感等作用。非言语行为有以下几种常见表达形式:目光注视、形体动作、声音特征、距离和角度、沉默等。高校思想政治工作应该对非言语行以予以全面的观察和妥为运用,以提高思想政治工作的实效性。

Nonverbal behaviors play a very important role in college political ideology education, such as reinforcing the effectiveness of verbal language, expressing emotions and realizing language feedback. The often-used nonverbal behaviors include eye contact, body language, vocal features, proximity and silence, etc. Teachers should observe these non-behaviors in an all-round way and apply them reasonably to college political ideology education so as to promote the effectiveness of their work.
