摘要
针对铸铁炉前碳当量仪成分检测存在的问题,分析了热分析试样浇注量和浇注温度等操作工艺因素对碳当量仪测试结果的影响并进行了试验研究。结果表明,热分析曲线液相线温度TL受试样浇注量影响较大是导致碳当量仪的测试结果出现误差的主要原因,在浇注量足够的前提下,浇注温度对TL、TE和碳当量仪的成分分析结果影响较小。操作时保证热分析试样具有足够且波动小的浇注量和合适的浇注温度是提高碳当量仪成分分析精度的关键。
In order to improve the measurement accuracy of thermal analysis CE meter in determining the composition of hypoeutectic iron melt,the effects of some major process variables,as pouring temperature and mass of the sample on the measurement results were analyzed.The results show that the liquidus temperature T_L and the eutectic temperature T_E on the thermal analysis cooling curve of a sample are lightly affected by pouring temperature,while T_L is affected evidently by mass of the sample although T_E is not affected by it.It is also shown that adequate pouring amount is critical to ensure the measurement accuracy of the thermal analysis CE meter.
