基于均匀化方法的单向纤维增强体渗透率预报 被引量:6

PERMEABILITY ESTIMATION OF UNIDIRECTIONAL REINFORCEMENTS BASED ON THE HOMOGENIZATION THEORY

摘要 针对具有周期性分布细观结构的纤维增强体,从Stokes方程出发,用均匀化理论建立了预报纤维预制体渗透率的数学模型.将Stokes方程与线弹性力学中的Lame方程进行类比,给出了用线弹性平面应变问题的有限元分析程序求解Stokes方程的方法.据该方法编写了FORTRAN程序HAPS求解控制方程,并以此预报单向纤维增强体渗透率,与有关文献的结果进行比较证明了该方法的合理性. In this paper, Stokes equation is introduced to describe the micro-flow through a fibrous preform with a periodic microstructure. The formulation used to predict the permeability of the fibrous preform is derived based on the asymptotic homogenization. Stokes equation is analogized with Lame equation used in the linear elasticity. An approach in which the finite element program for the linear elastic plane strain problem is employed to solve Stokes equation is presented. A FOTRAN program HAPS is composed to solve the governing equation. The results of the permeability obtained by the approach are compared with the others in literatures and it shows a good agreement.
