氟里昂包装钢瓶的特性分析

摘要 分析了氟里昂包装钢瓶作为商品包装容器一次性使用 ,在设计、制造和检验方面与其它钢质焊接气瓶相比的独特之处 :安装了爆破片 ,用工作压力做为设计压力而不用水压实验压力 ,屈服应力用σ0 .2 而不用σs。瓶体材料经冷加工冲压成型后 ,不再进行退火热处理。焊缝不做无损探伤检查 ,只做外观检查 ,焊缝系数却取 1。产品只作气压试验 ,而气压试验压力为工作压力的 1.1倍。爆破压力、取样位置也与GB5 10 0国标有区别。从包装钢瓶的安全、省材的角度上 。 Steel packing container for freon, as a kind of one-off commercial packing container, was compared with those welded steel container on design, manufacture and examination. The different feature were analyzed which were installed break safety, not water test pressure, but work conditional pressure as a design pressure, not σ_s but σ_(0.2) as an yield stress. After cold working by machining and punching, the steel material of bottle body will not be annealed; Weld will not be checked by nondestructive flaw detection, only checked by looking at appearance, but the weld coefficient is still 1. Product is only examined by gas pressure test; the test pressure is 1.1 times of work conditional pressure; Break test pressure and sampled location are different with GB5100. On the basis of safety and saving material for steel packing container, those features were theoretically proved to be reasonable.
