摘要
介绍了纸浆模塑冷压过程的脱水机理 ,提出了冷压过程的 2个阶段 ,用串联的方法使 2个阶段联系起来。在传统过滤理论的基础上考虑到孔隙率的变化 ,利用平均孔隙率和简化的多孔介质模型得出脱水量方程 。
The dewatering principle of press process of pulp-molding was introduced and the idea was put forward that press process consists of two stages. Based on the conventional theory of hydraulic pressure filtration, a porous media model was established which the filter gap rate varied. By deduction and calculation of the model, the relationship of factors of squeeze dewatering was expressed in equation. At the same time, the effect of parameters on press process was analyzed.
